You say it.
Describe the job the way you would tell a friend. No form to find, no menus to open.
Add a shoot for Bianchi, €1,200, €300 deposit, due Nov 3
Your jobs, payments, deadlines, subscriptions and goals in one place, in a native Mac app. One screen, and numbers that agree with each other.
A freelancer’s money lives in five places at once — a quote in an email, a deadline in a calendar, a subscription on a card, an invoice half-paid, a savings target in your head.
Jobs, payments, deadlines, subscriptions and goals sit side by side, and the numbers agree with each other: a payment you mark as received moves every figure it touches.
Keyboard first
Press ⌘K to search jobs, clients, subscriptions, goals and notes, or jump to a section and start a new job. Every action has a menu item and a shortcut.
Always one glance away
This month’s figures and your next three deadlines sit in the menu bar, with New job one click away. Open a job in its own window when you want it beside another.
Seven sections, all reading from the same data, so a payment you mark once moves every number it touches. The Dashboard sums them up.
Client, fee, deposit, deadline, status and progress, with the payments received tracked against each job.
What actually came in, what is still owed, and the trend over time.
Job deliveries and subscription renewals in one month grid. Red within two days, amber within seven.
Recurring tools with their monthly cost and next renewal, fed into the budget and the calendar.
Expected income minus fixed costs minus subscriptions equals what is left.
Targets with a progress ring. Earnings, jobs completed and new clients track themselves.
Ideas, reminders and the rates you keep forgetting. Colour-coded, pinnable, searchable.
KreativoAI
Describe the job the way you would tell a friend. No form to find, no menus to open.
Your message is routed to one of five actions: a job, a goal, a subscription, a fixed cost or a note.
The real form opens with every field your message covered already filled in. Check it, and change anything.
KreativoAI never saves on its own. Nothing exists until you press the button.

Client, timing and payout.

KreativoAI explains the app and hands you a filled-in form. Anything beyond that, it tells you where to do by hand.
Deleting in particular is never done from the chat. It is one of the things it will send you to do yourself.
Start with the jobs you have open right now: client, title, payout and deadline. Four fields each. Everything else builds itself from those.
A deadline becomes an alert. A subscription becomes a budget line. A payment you mark as received becomes income. The numbers stay consistent with each other.
See what came in, what is still owed, and what is left after costs, before you say yes to the next job.

Not there yet
There is no two-factor authentication yet, and no way to see or revoke sessions on other devices. Until there is, use a password you use nowhere else.
One more thing, for completeness: the app’s typeface is served by Adobe, which therefore sees a visitor’s IP address. It is the only third-party request the app makes. This marketing site loads nothing from any third party.
Solo is the whole app, free for good. Studio is where the extras will live.
It keeps your jobs, payments, deadlines, subscriptions, fixed costs and goals in one place, and keeps the numbers consistent between them.
Yes. Kreativo is a native Mac app for macOS 26 or later, and it is in a private beta: you can join the waitlist and we will write when there is room.
No. It records what you agreed and what you were paid; the invoice itself you still make elsewhere. Kreativo also does not connect to your bank, process payments or give tax advice.
Kreativo for Mac is in a private beta. Join the waitlist with your email and we will write to you once there is room, and only for that. There is no download yet.
In the European Union, in your own private rows: no other account can read them. One click in Settings gives you a JSON file with everything in it, and you can import it back.
The account and every record attached to it are removed immediately and permanently. Export a backup first if you want to keep anything.
It is stored in the EU, bound to your account at the database level, never sold or shared, and exportable at any moment. There is no two-factor authentication yet, so use a password you use nowhere else.
Solo is free, for good, and includes 10 KreativoAI messages a month. Studio adds unlimited KreativoAI, with more planned. Paid plans are not on sale yet, and there is no trial because the free plan is the trial.
It is built for one person who invoices their own work. If you run a studio with several people billing together, it will not fit yet: there are no shared accounts.
